Hey, my name is Katie. I'm from Bangor, Maine. I am majoring in graphic design communications and am considering minoring in photography. I live in Willow, which is a great dorm (future freshmen, take note!).

I love to sing and act. I was in the select choir, jazz choir, and two musicals at my high school. Hopefully I will join a vocal group here on campus at some point. I also love art, which is a big part of my life. Sports are something that I can't live without. Tennis, basketball, soccer, baseball, ultimate frisbee, football...I could go on and on. In high school, I played soccer, basketball, and tennis, and I am looking forward to learning some new sports in college, such as racquetball.

I love dark chocolate, medium rare steak, chicken fettuccine alfredo, pizza, cheesecake, strawberries, mocha coffee, classical and jazz music, Coldplay, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Ben Folds, Pink Floyd, Dave Matthews Band, Jack's Mannequin, The Hush Sound, Lior, Hellogoodbye, Feist, Imogen Heap, Aqualung, Talladega Nights, Collateral, Zoolander, The Matrix, Braveheart, Memoirs of a Geisha, 300, Ocean's Eleven, The Godfather, Seinfeld, Friends, What Not to Wear, Law and Order, going to the beach, reading, hanging out with friends, staying up late and sleeping in, going on road trips, wearing flip flops, dressing up, shopping, painting, photography, taking walks, and living the sober life.
