7th MARINE LAW SYMPOSIUM - A VIABLE MARINE RENEWABLE ENERGY INDUSTRY
Good morning. Susan Farady, Director of the Marine Law Institute delivered some inspiring opening remarks and introduced Professor Willet Kempton of the University of Delaware who delivered the keynote address. This was a fascinating and very imformative overview of the state of marine renewables, mostly in the US but with a world-wide perspective as well. Due to some technical difficulties, my real-time summaries of this first talk were lost.
