U.S. Supreme Court Agrees to Consider Gun Control: RWU Prof. in the Middle of the Fray

image For the first time in decades, the U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to consider the constitutional challenge to an effort to ban guns by agreeing to hear District of Columbia v. Heller.  RWU Professor Carl Bogus, the editor of a major work on gun control, will be in the thick of the battle among public intellectuals, evidenced by his quote in a recent edition of the Wall Street JournalClick here for an earlier blog entry on Carl’s important scholarship in this area.
