Prof. Goldstein on Habeas Corpus Rights of Guantanamo Detainees
One of our terrific junior faculty, Jared Goldstein, has had remarkable experiences before coming to RWU, including important litigation on behalf of the U.S. Department of Justice and work on behalf of Guantanamo detainees while in private practice, which he has continued while at RWU. These experiences have led Jared to think deeply about habeas corpus-“The Great Writ”—and the results of this research will be appearing soon in the Wisconsin Law Review.
