RWU Law Grads Continue to Rack Up Big Numbers on Bar Exams, This Time in Massachusetts
Over the years, as more RWU Law grads find employment in Boston area law firms, more and more are taking the Massachusetts Bar exam, now surpassing RI as our most popular state. The recently-released figures for the July administration of the Mass exam underscore just how well they are doing.
RWU first-time takers passed at an impressive clip—92.9%, besting the state average of 92.1%. (Our May 2008 grads passed at a remarkably high rate of 94.3%!)
Even when you add in a handful of folks on retakes, RWU Law came in at 92.6% (compared to the statewide rate of 86.4%.)
In a pool stocked with graduates of schools from around the country, heading to jobs in Boston’s many top firms, the RWU Law performance is especially impressive. Kudos to the faculty and staff who prepare our graduates well, and to the graduates, whose hard work pays off in these impressive numbers.
This success comes on the heels of previous strong showings in the Commonwealth and our other major states, RI and Connecticut. Click here for link to an earlier blog.
