Federalist Society and American Constitutional Society Host Leading Blogger Eugene Volokh
Last week two student groups sponsored a lively program featuring UCLA Law Professor Eugene Volokh, discussing an article he published in the Harvard Law Review, “The Mechanics of the Slippery Slope.” In addition to publishing widely, Volokh runs the “Volokh Conspiracy,” a leading conservative blog. At the end of his comments, our own Professor Carl Bogus provided a spirited response, critiquing Volokh’s analysis as it applies to gun control, a topic on which Carl has written and lectured widely.
