RWU Law Grads Score Big (Again) on Connecticut Bar Exam

Massachusetts State SealAs more RWU Law grads find clerkships and jobs in neighboring Connecticut, the Connecticut bar exam now attracts the third largest share of our graduates (after Massachusetts and Rhode Island), and the news continues to be very good: for the calendar year 2008 (February and July administrations combined), RWU grads passed at a 90% clip, one of the highest rates for schools with a significant number of takers.  The statewide average for first time takers from all schools was 86% over that same time period.  The RWU Law overall outcome—all takers--was even more impressive: 90% vs. 78% for all schools.

All Connecticut 78%
All Connecticut First Time Takers 86%

All RWU Graduates 90%
RWU First Time Takers 90%

This strong performance is on the heels of very strong outcomes last year.  Click here for information from 2007.
