New Board of Advisors Rolled Out

One of the ways that a law school matures is with the help of influential judges and practitioners.  By having the support of respected lawyers, a law school gains not only advocates for the school in the legal community, but also eyes and ears who can keep the Dean and Senior Staff informed about changes in the legal profession that they as practitioners are likely to identify sooner than denizens of the “ivory tower” of the academy.

I am delighted to report that we have put together a terrific group to serve in this capacity for 2009-10.  (Indeed, at our orientation meeting I joked that if I were still in practice I would love to meld all the talent in the room into a single law firm!).
